• Upstairs: enter the waiting room without ringing the bell

• We are unable to issue health insurance invoices. Payment by health insurance card is not possible.

Cancellation policy:
• Appointments can be canceled free of charge more than 48 hours before the service.
• In case of cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show up, 50% of the fee for the booked service will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within 24 hours, 100% of the service fee will be charged.
• If the cancellation fee is not paid, it will not be possible to book a new appointment.
• In the event of acute illness, the cancellation fee will be waived once a year.
• The appointment can be converted to an online consultation.
