For the first time, bring your medical records and comfortable change of clothes!
You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the service. You can do this via the online booking system, email and phone on weekdays, and via the online booking system and email on weekends.
In case of cancellation or no-show within 24 hours, we will charge a contingency fee, which includes 100% of the price of the booked service.
We treat your data confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties!
